Colorado DOC partners with three vendors for electronic deposits: JPay, Western Union, and GTL (ConnectNetwork). Use one of these to make sure your money posts correctly. Unapproved services won't go through.

Colorado DOC has strict rules about electronic transfers between incarcerated people. Offenders cannot send, receive, or solicit EFTs with other offenders - or with relatives and visitors of other offenders in DOC custody. There's one narrow exception: if two inmates share immediate family members, they can apply for an exception through the Custody/Control manager at their facilities.
Expect service fees on electronic deposits. GTL's ConnectNetwork charges vary by deposit amount. These deposits are processed by TouchPay Holdings, LLC (doing business as GTL Financial Services).
