How to Create Your TDCJ Online Visitation Account (No unit call required)

1. Open the Online Visitation Scheduler and choose “Create an Account” - this is the starting point for first-time visitors.
2. Enter a valid email address - use an address you can access right now.
3. Submit your email - the system will send you a message with a 7-digit validation code and a link to finish registration.

1. Open the validation email - look for the message sent after you submitted your email address.
2. Use the 7-digit validation code - enter the code exactly as shown.
3. Follow the link to complete registration - the email includes a direct link to finish setting up your account.
4. Create your password and finish setup - once you complete this step, you’ll be able to use the scheduler with that email address.

Treat your login email as permanent. Once an account is created in the TDCJ Online Visitation Scheduler, it can't be deleted and the email can't be swapped out. Use an address you'll keep long-term and can access reliably.
