Cache County Jail doesn't allow in-person contact visits—everything happens via video. You can either visit on-site using the jail's video terminals or connect remotely through scheduled video links. On-site hours run Mon–Fri 8:00 am–12:00 pm and 6:30 pm–9:00 pm, plus Sat–Sun 8:00 am–5:30 pm and 6:30 pm–9:00 pm. Remote visits are available daily from 8:00 am–9:00 pm. Book on-site visits at least 24 hours ahead through www.ncic.com. New arrivals must wait at least three business days before they're eligible for visits. The jail allows two free on-site visits per week, 20 minutes each. Remote visits are capped at one session per day (up to seven weekly), last 20–40 minutes, and typically have non-refundable fees. Visitors under 18 need a parent or guardian present. Older visitors must bring photo ID. Sexually suggestive clothing or behavior can end your visit immediately.
