1. Go to the Telmate scheduling site and log in - Use schedule.telmate.com to sign in, or create an account if you don’t have one yet.

1. Accept the online agreement - Read the agreement, check the boxes next to each statement, then click “Accept.”

1. Choose who you want to visit - Select the person you’d like to visit with.
2. Start the on-demand visit - In the Online section, click the “Visit Now” button.

If the inmate is available when you click

• ✓ If you get an “unavailable” notice, try “Visit Now” again later.
• ✓ If they’re repeatedly unavailable, schedule a visit for a later time.
• ✓ Make sure you’re using schedule.telmate.com and clicking “Visit Now” in the Online section (after selecting the person you want to visit).
