1. Log in to JPay - you must be signed in to use the scheduling tools.

3. Start the scheduled visit - on the Video Visits page, find your visit and click Start Visit Now!
4. Allow camera and microphone access - when prompted, click Allow so the system can use your webcam and microphone.
5. Finish the device check - once your microphone and camera are detected, click OK. Your session begins when the inmate joins.

Assume everything said and shown during the session can be reviewed. MCF Rush City monitors or records phone and video conversations for security, and video visits are no exception. Keep the conversation respectful and focused on connection, not anything that could raise security concerns.
