How to Get Approved for Visitation at Omega: The Application Process Explained
Getting approved to visit at Omega comes down to paperwork and timing. Once you understand who kicks off the application and what you need to bring, you can avoid a wasted trip.
En Omega, el residente es el que inicia el proceso. Él envía una solicitud de visita a cada persona que quiere en su lista de visitantes. Usted la completa y la envía de vuelta a Omega para su aprobación. El solo hecho de planear una visita no significa que esté aprobado. La instalación tiene que aprobarlo primero.
Note: Every visitor at Omega needs prior approval. If you're not on the approved visitation list, you won't be allowed in, even if you're family traveling from out of state.

- Ask the resident to send you an application - At Omega, the resident has to send a visitation application to each person he wants to visit.
- Fill out the application completely - Take your time so nothing is missing.
- Send the completed application back for approval - Completed applications are sent back to Omega for approval. Follow the return instructions that come with the application.
- Confirm you’re approved before you travel - Do not assume you can visit until you know you’re on the approved list.
- ✓ Make sure you are on the approved visitation list before you show up, especially if you’re traveling from out of state.
- ✓ Bring a driver’s license and/or birth certificate for check-in.
- ✓ If a visitor is under 18, have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- ✓ If you’re bringing a child age six or under, a parent or guardian must accompany them.
- ✓ If you’re unsure where or how to return the completed application, confirm the submission instructions with the resident who sent it to you.
Tip: Traveling a long distance? Verify your approval before making the trip. Omega does not allow visits from anyone who isn't on the approved list.
