Limit for Phillips State Prison (State Prison/ITF rules): GDC sets a maximum of $100 per offender or 15 lbs. per package - whichever limit is reached first.
Different limit for Probation Detention Centers: The maximum is $50 per offender or 7 lbs. per package, whichever is reached first.
Placing multiple orders for the same inmate? Union Supply will combine them into a single package. The final package still has to stay within the spending and weight limits - multiple smaller orders won't let you bypass the cap.
