You'll need to create a Smart Communications account to schedule visits or send messages and photos. Remote video visits last 30 minutes and start on the hour and half-hour. Schedule at least 24 hours ahead, up to seven days in advance. Sessions are available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Each inmate gets four free 30-minute remote or on-demand video visits per week. Additional time costs $0.16 per minute.
