  2. Check your transaction details - keep any receipt or confirmation information handy so you can reference it if you need support.
  3. Call the right support line - for kiosk problems, call 1-800-306-2957; for inmate phone system issues, call 1-877-856-3184.
  4. Handle inactivity or refund requests through ConnectNetwork - if you need a refund (or you’re dealing with an inactive AdvancePay account), call 877-650-4249.

To place an Oasis commissary order, head to the Oasis option on ConnectNetwork. Select the state, choose Western Tidewater Regional Jail as the facility, then pick the inmate. From there, build your order and submit.
