How to Send Books to Someone in an Idaho Prison (What Vendors, Sizes, and Formats Are Allowed)
Sending a book to someone in an Idaho prison is doable, but the Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC) has strict rules about where books come from and how big they can be. Follow the vendor and format requirements from the start, and your order is much more likely to arrive without issues.

- ✓ Check the book’s dimensions: no more than 11 inches long, 8 1/2 inches wide, and 3 inches thick.
- ✓ If you’re unsure about a seller, confirm they’re on the IDOC-approved list before you place the order.
