How to Make a Visit Reservation at Northeast Ohio Correctional Center
Want to visit someone at Northeast Ohio Correctional Center (NEOCC)? You'll need to be an approved visitor first, then reserve a time slot online. Here's how to get it done without extra trips or surprises.
Start with approval. NEOCC won't let you reserve a visit - or complete one - until your application has been processed and you've been officially approved. Each visitor needs to complete the Visiting Application (DRC2096), sign the Declaration of Understanding (DRC2554) and General Visiting Instructions (DRC2274), and provide a copy of valid photo identification.
Note: You can't book anything until your application is processed and you've been notified of approval. Try to schedule before that, and you'll hit a dead end.
Once approved, you'll make your reservation through GTL's online portal at www.gtlvisitme.com. NEOCC's entire booking process runs through that site. If you're approved but haven't registered there yet, you won't be able to reserve a visit.

NEOCC requires reservations for all visits - don't show up hoping for a walk-in slot. Once you're registered with GTL, you'll book your time through that same portal.
