Visiting at St. Lucie County Jail starts with a one-time registration on gettingout.com, where you'll upload a photo of your driver's license. A lobby kiosk is also available if you prefer to sign up onsite. Schedule visits before 11:00 p.m. to secure next-day availability. Video visits must be booked at least 1 day and no more than 14 days in advance, run up to one hour, and each inmate gets two one-hour video visits per week. Visit times come in 15-minute blocks organized into 1-hour sessions. Availability depends on housing, classification, and station capacity—some areas run first-come, first-serve, and emergencies can postpone visits. Bring valid photo ID, arrive 15 minutes early, follow the dress code, and leave cell phones and electronics out of the video visitation area.

Bring a valid photo ID (such as a Florida or other state driver’s license or state ID, passport, or military ID). Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time or the visit may be canceled; minors are not allowed in the visitation or lobby waiting area.
Video visits run up to one hour, and each inmate receives two one-hour video visits per week. Each inmate also receives two free onsite hours per week; additional onsite time is charged at .25¢ per minute.
