Phone calls and video visits from Oregon State Penitentiary go through ICSolutions, and your number must be validated before you can receive them. Oregon DOC first tested this requirement starting October 17, 2022, paused it from October 24, 2022 until December 27, 2022, and made it permanent after that date.

International

- ✓ Copy of a phone bill that shows your billing address
- ✓ Copy of a government ID (driver’s license, ID card, or passport)

- ✓ Email the information to customer@icsolutions.com
International numbers are validated by email. Send your phone number (with country code), a copy of your phone bill, government ID, and current address to customer@icsolutions.com. ICSolutions will process the validation for Oregon DOC calls.
