Phone Number Validation for Oregon DOC Calls: Setup, Troubleshooting, and Alternatives

Phone calls and video visits from Oregon State Penitentiary go through ICSolutions, and your number must be validated before you can receive them. Oregon DOC first tested this requirement starting October 17, 2022, paused it from October 24, 2022 until December 27, 2022, and made it permanent after that date.

  1. Go to icsolutions.com and create your free account - use your own information so the validation is tied to you.

Stuck on setup? Know who to call. Oregon DOC staff can't help friends and family create ICSolutions accounts or validate phone numbers - that's all handled through ICSolutions directly.
