What to Have Ready

  • Full legal name (first and last), including any hyphenated names

Call during public phone hours (7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) to request detainee information. Need to get a message to someone inside? Use the same number. Have the detainee's full name, alien registration number, and a phone number where you can be reached.

Note: Detainees at Adelanto can’t receive incoming telephone calls. Calling the facility lets you leave a message; it doesn’t connect you directly to the detainee.

Can't get through? Try again during the public phone window (7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.). Before calling back, gather the person's details - full name (including any hyphenated names), aliases, date of birth, and country of birth. This helps staff look them up faster.
