Indigent detainees (generally those with less than $15 in their account for ten days) get the same access and can make free calls to pro bono services. The facility issues tablets and directs users to gettingout.com for non-confidential messaging and other tablet services. Attorneys can schedule Virtual Attorney Visitation through Teams, Webex, Google Meet, or Zoom. Required documents must be uploaded to ERO eFile, and the meeting link, ID, and passcode need to be included. Visits may be rescheduled for safety or security reasons, and recording is prohibited.
