Al Cannon Detention Center

Visitation at Al Cannon Detention Center is scheduled online through Securus at www.SECURUSTech.net. An inmate must be in custody for at least 72 hours before they can receive visits. Visitors must be 17 or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Visiting blocks run Sunday–Saturday from 8:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m. A few things to know before you go: visitors suspected of being under the influence will be denied entry, and certain clothing is prohibited—including halter tops, tank tops, and see-through fabrics. Arrive early for check-in and bring your required ID.

Al Cannon Detention Center uses a cashless commissary system. Inmates don't hold U.S. currency—they buy items using their account balance instead. You can add funds through TouchPay (the vendor the detention center uses) or by mailing a money order. Online, phone, and kiosk deposits usually post quickly.
