- Confirm you are approved for video visiting by checking that the incarcerated person has you on their approved visitors list.
- Confirm the platform and setup by verifying you will use Getting Out Visits (app or web) and that your device meets the basic requirements (computer, webcam, microphone, internet connection).
- Verify the deposit method by confirming you will use ViaPath through the ConnectNetwork portal for electronic deposits.
