Watch the formatting: Phone numbers with dashes (or missing spaces) and inmate numbers that aren't exactly 8 digits can block your progress - even when everything else looks right.
- Enter your email address - use the same email you registered with.
- Click “Forgot Password/Reset Password” - it’s on the login screen.
- Follow the email instructions - you’ll receive steps to reset your password.
