- Don’t rely on staff to relay messages - Sheriff’s Office staff cannot pass messages to inmates (including letting them know a visit was scheduled or money was deposited). Inmates are notified through the kiosk in their housing units.
- Use the correct kiosk for commissary deposits - The kiosk used for visiting cannot accept commissary money. Use the other kiosk in the Visitation Lobby to deposit money into an inmate’s commissary account.

- ✓ Leave your cell phone out of the visitation area. No cell phones are allowed during a visit, and if a phone is seen, the visit may be terminated.

- ✓ If a minor is visiting, an adult must accompany and supervise them during the visit.
- ✓ If you need to get a message to an inmate, use the kiosk in the video visitation room or send a postcard to the inmate.
