1. Create your GTL account - To be added to an incarcerated individual’s video contact list, you’ll need to create an account through GTL’s website.
2. Get added to the video contact list - Once your account is set up, follow the GTL prompts required to be connected to the incarcerated individual for video visits.
3. Schedule a visit in advance when you can - Friends and family are able to schedule video visits ahead of time, which can take the pressure off trying to catch an on-demand session.
