To schedule and manage visits, sign in to the GTL visitation scheduling portal. Once logged in, you can view available time slots and track your existing bookings.

1. Start with the schedule for the housing unit - The GTL portal posts a lobby and video visitation schedule that assigns housing units to specific days (for example, some units are listed for Monday and Wednesday).
2. Pick your visit details - Select the date, time, and location that works best for you from what’s available.
3. Confirm and save your booking - Visits are confirmed instantly in the system, so you’ll know right away that your slot is set.

You'll also use the GTL portal to schedule video visits. When picking a slot, check whether you're booking a lobby visit or a video visit - the portal treats these as separate visit types.

Here's where it gets a bit confusing: two official sources describe weekly visit limits differently. The facility guidebook says each person in custody can choose one one-hour visit per week. The GTL portal states detainees get one lobby visit and one video visit per week. Your safest bet? Go with what the portal actually allows when you book, and double-check your confirmation so you know exactly what type of visit you scheduled.
