How to Send Money to Facility
Sending money is straightforward once you know the facility's approved deposit options and the weekly commissary cutoff.
There are only two ways to add money to an inmate account at this facility: through the JailATM website or the ATM in the jail lobby. That's it. Sheriff's Office staff will not accept cash, money orders, cashier's checks, or any other form of currency, whether you bring it in person or mail it in.
Timing matters if you want the money available for that week's commissary order. Funds need to be deposited by noon on Monday to count toward that week's commissary.
Steps to Follow
- ✓ Deposit funds using the JailATM website or the ATM in the jail lobby. Do not try to hand cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, or other currency to staff, and do not mail them in.
- ✓ Make your deposit by noon on Monday if you need it included in that week’s commissary order.
Before sending money, confirm the facility is still using the same two deposit options: the JailATM website and the ATM in the jail lobby. Procedures can change, and using an unapproved method could mean your funds aren't accepted.
Double-check the commissary cutoff, too. Deposits are supposed to be in by noon on Monday to count for that week's order, but holidays or schedule changes could shift that deadline. A quick phone call can save you a week of waiting.
