For "significant relationship" visitors, the process starts with a Significant Relationship Visitor Application that goes to the Warden/Superintendent for review. Once approved, schedule visits through the department's visitation form. You'll enter your details there—note that Driver License or State ID can only be selected if you're 18 or older. Plan ahead: weekend visit requests must be in by 5:00 PM Wednesday of that week, and state-holiday visits are due by 5:00 PM three days before the holiday. Need to add someone after booking?
