Four Ways to Send Money to Someone at Arapahoe County Jail (which is fastest)
You've got four ways to put money on someone's account at Arapahoe County Detention Facility: a TouchPay lobby kiosk, online payment, toll-free phone payment, or mail. Whichever you choose, have the inmate's jail ID number ready (or their full name and date of birth). If you're using the phone system, you'll also need the facility's TouchPay Site ID.
Fast tip: If you’re depositing by the automated phone system, you must use the Arapahoe County Detention Facility TouchPay Site ID #280112.
Prefer paying in person? TouchPay lobby kiosks are available at two spots inside the ACSO Detention Facility: the Visitation Center and the Front Lobby. Both are at 7375 South Potomac Street, Centennial, CO 80112.
- ✓ Pay at the kiosk with cash, Mastercard, or Visa (credit or debit)
- ✓ Funds are available in 24 hours or less
- ✓ For kiosk or deposit help, contact TouchPay customer service at 866-204-1603
Online deposits go through GTL's TouchPay portal. You can pay with Mastercard or Visa (credit or debit) from home - just have the inmate's information ready before you start.
Timing: Online deposits and lobby kiosk deposits are electronic, and funds are available in 24 hours or less.
No internet access? You can still deposit by phone. Call TouchPay's automated line at 1-866-232-1899 (toll-free) and pay with a Mastercard or Visa.
Have this ready: The phone system asks for Site ID #280112. You'll also need the inmate's ID number to make sure the money lands in the right account.
Mail is the old-school route, but it works if you send the right kind of payment. The facility accepts money orders or cashier's checks made out to the inmate. Mail them to: ACSO Detention Facility – Accounts, 7375 South Potomac Street, Centennial, CO 80112.
No personal checks: Arapahoe County Detention Facility does not accept personal checks for mailed deposits.
Need the money there fast? Go electronic - either the lobby kiosk or the online portal. Both post funds in 24 hours or less. Mailing a money order works in a pinch, but it's the slowest option since you're waiting on delivery and processing time.
- ✓ Use the lobby kiosk if you’re nearby and want to pay with cash at the facility (Visitation Center or Front Lobby)
- ✓ Use the phone system (1-866-232-1899) if you can’t get online but have a Visa or Mastercard
- ✓ Use mail only if you’re sending a money order or cashier’s check - personal checks won’t be accepted
Having trouble with a kiosk deposit? Call TouchPay customer service at 866-204-1603. The kiosks themselves are in the Visitation Center and Front Lobby at 7375 South Potomac Street in Centennial.
For phone deposits - or if you need to retry one - call TouchPay's automated line at 1-866-232-1899.
