Setting Up Phone Calls from Arapahoe County Jail: AdvancePay vs. Collect

Arapahoe County Detention Facility uses GTL/ConnectNetwork for phone services (and video visitation). That means if you’re trying to set up calls with someone in the jail, ConnectNetwork is the system you’ll use to create an account and add funds.

You have two options for receiving calls from Arapahoe County: Prepaid (AdvancePay) or Collect. With AdvancePay, you deposit money ahead of time so your loved one can call using those funds. With Collect, you simply accept or decline each call as it comes in.

1. Create your ConnectNetwork account - this is the first step to receiving calls from someone at Arapahoe County.
2. Choose how you want to sign up - you can create the account online, through the ConnectNetwork app, or by phone.
3. Finish setup so you can fund calls - once your account is ready, you’ll be able to use it to set up prepaid calling (AdvancePay) and manage funding.

When you fill out your ConnectNetwork profile, use your legal first and last name exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID (like a driver’s license). After you submit your information, you’ll also need to activate the account through your email before you can use it.

Expecting frequent calls? AdvancePay is easier to manage - deposit funds ahead of time, set up AutoReload, and you won't have calls cut off unexpectedly. For occasional calls, Collect works fine. You just accept or decline each one as it comes through.
