1. Open the GDC “Cancel my visit” option - this is the cancellation tool for a previously scheduled visitation appointment.
2. Locate your scheduled visit - follow the prompts to find the appointment you need to cancel.
3. Confirm the cancellation - complete the on-screen steps to cancel the visit.
4. Save your confirmation details - keep any cancellation confirmation the system provides for your records.

Stay organized. After adding someone to your visit, confirm they're actually approved and attached to the appointment before you show up. If you cancel, save whatever confirmation you receive - you'll want it if there's any confusion later.
