How to Add or Remove Visitors from a Scheduled Visit at Bainbridge Treatment Center

Visits at Bainbridge Treatment Center are managed through the GDC visitation form. That same page includes an option to look up an existing appointment - helpful if you need to make changes, like adding more visitors.

You'll need to enter details the system uses to match your booking - the offender's GDC ID, plus the requestor's name, contact info, relationship, and date of birth. Having everything ready speeds things up.

- Open the appointment and edit the visitor list - select the scheduled visit so you can add additional visitors.
- Enter the required details and submit - complete the fields the portal requires and save/submit the update.
Tip: Enter names and other identifying details exactly as requested on the form. Small mismatches can create problems when the visit is being matched to your scheduled appointment.
Can't make your scheduled visit? Cancel through the GDC tool for canceling a scheduled visitation. You'll locate your appointment in the portal and select the cancel option.
- Open the GDC cancellation option - use the tool for canceling a previously scheduled visitation appointment.
- Find your scheduled visit - enter the information the portal requests to pull up your appointment.
- Cancel the appointment - select the cancel option and confirm your choice to finish the cancellation.
Note: For weekend visits, the cutoff time to request visitation is 5:00 PM on the Wednesday of the same week.
