How to Schedule Your First Visit at Bainbridge Treatment Center

Before you can schedule a visit at Bainbridge Treatment Center, you need to become an approved visitor. Start by filling out the Visitation Request Form and submitting it to the facility where your loved one is incarcerated. Why does this matter? Scheduling also runs through the GDC system - so approval comes first, then you can request a visit time through the GDC visitation form.

What Info Ready

• ✓ Offender ID (GDC ID)
• ✓ Your last name, first name (middle name may be optional)
• ✓ Your email address
• ✓ Your relationship to the person incarcerated
• ✓ Your date of birth
• ✓ Your ID type (Driver’s License or State ID; you must be 18 or older to select one of these options)
• ✓ Your telephone number

There are two steps to handle through GDC: getting approved, then getting a visit on the calendar. For approval, complete the Visitation Request Form and submit it to Bainbridge Treatment Center. For scheduling, request a visit through the GDC visitation form. Already have a visit scheduled and need to add someone? GDC lets you find your scheduled visitation and add additional visitors.

Once you're approved, head back to the GDC visitation request system and submit a request for a scheduled visit. Approval alone doesn't put you on the calendar - you need to request a specific visit time.

2. Watch holiday timing - For state holidays, the cutoff time to request visitation is 5:00 PM, three days before each holiday.
