Weekend and Holiday Visit Request Deadlines for Bainbridge Treatment Center

Want to visit on a weekend? Your request must be in by 5:00 PM on Wednesday of that same week. Miss the cutoff, and you'll have to wait for the following weekend.

For state holidays, the deadline is 5:00 PM three days before the holiday. Count backward from the holiday date to figure out when your request needs to be submitted.

1. Pick the weekend day you want to visit - decide whether you’re aiming for Saturday or Sunday.
2. Count back to that week’s Wednesday - the request has to be submitted during the same week.
3. Submit your request by 5:00 PM Wednesday - that’s the cutoff for weekend visitation requests.

Need to add someone to an existing visit? Use the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) tool to find your scheduled visitation and add visitors to that appointment. No need to start over from scratch.

To cancel a visit, use the GDC's cancellation tool to find and remove your scheduled appointment. This keeps the schedule accurate and avoids confusion when the visit day comes around.
