Scheduling, Adding, or Canceling Visits for a Baldwin County Inmate (deadlines you must meet)

The deadline is what usually trips people up. For weekend visits, submit your request by 5:00 PM on Wednesday of that same week. Miss that cutoff and you'll have to wait for a later date. Holiday weeks work differently. The cutoff is 5:00 PM three days before the holiday. If you're traveling or coordinating with family, plan around that deadline so you don't lose your slot.

Submit your visit request through the Georgia DOC visitation form. That's your starting point for getting on the schedule. Before you begin, gather everything the form asks for. Having your information ready means you can submit before the cutoff.

1. Open the “Add Visitor” option - use the “Add Visitor” link provided for scheduled visitation.
2. Find your scheduled visitation - locate the visit you already have scheduled.
3. Add the additional visitor(s) - enter the added visitor information to attach them to that scheduled visit.

1. Open the “Cancel my visit” option - use the “Cancel my visit” link for scheduled visitation.
2. Find your scheduled visitation - locate the appointment you need to cancel.
3. Cancel the visit - follow the prompts to cancel that scheduled visitation.
