Baldwin Prison

All visits at Baldwin Prison are by appointment only. You'll request visits through the Georgia Department of Corrections online visitation form. Before booking, you must be an approved visitor—submit the Visitation Request Form to the facility where the offender is housed. Need to add visitors to an existing appointment? Use the link provided for that scheduled visit. You can cancel the same way. Watch the deadlines: weekend visit requests are due by 5:00 PM Wednesday of the same week, and state-holiday requests are due by 5:00 PM three days before the holiday. Visits can be refused or revoked for security reasons. For Family Day, register ahead of time and check in at Building A with your ID and the offender's GDC number.

To receive calls from someone at Baldwin Prison, set up a Securus pre-paid collect or direct-bill account on the Securus website or by calling 1-800-844-6591. Deposits are capped at $200.00 each, so plan accordingly. People inside the facility can also transfer money from their trust accounts to Securus debit calling accounts in $1 increments. A few things to know: calls may be monitored or recorded, and call forwarding and three-way calling aren't allowed. Calls only go to numbers on the offender's approved list, and each call maxes out at 25 minutes. Set up and verify your account before expecting any calls.
