The CDCR GTL portal is where you sign in to schedule and manage visits with an inmate. Once logged in, you can handle all your visit planning in one place.

Before You Start

• ✓ If you are new to the portal, use Claim Account to create or take ownership of your account.
• ✓ If you are a returning user, have your Visitor ID or email ready.
• ✓ Returning users will also need their password to sign in.

If you've used the GTL portal before, signing in is straightforward. Log in with either your Visitor ID or email, plus the password tied to that account.

1. Open the GTL scheduling portal - This is the portal you will use to schedule and manage upcoming visits.
2. Select “Claim Account” if you are new - The portal directs new users to Claim Account to create or take ownership of an account.
3. Finish setup, then return to scheduling - After your account is claimed/created, you can use the portal to schedule and manage your upcoming visits.

Returning users can sign in with either a Visitor ID or email. Enter whichever identifier you used before, then your password to access your account.
