Three Ways to Add Money to an Inmate’s Account at Beaver County Correctional Facility

Beaver County Correctional Facility accepts three ways to add money to an inmate’s account: you can make an electronic deposit online through Jail ATM, use the lobby ATM located in the Sheriff’s Office, or mail in a money order or cashier’s check.

Need the fastest option? Use Jail ATM for an electronic deposit. Funds hit the inmate's account instantly through the Jail ATM website.

You can also deposit funds in person at the lobby ATM in the Sheriff's Office main lobby. The machine accepts both credit cards and cash - convenient if you're already in town and want to handle it the same day.

Mail in

  • Send a money order or cashier’s check payable to Beaver County Inmate Trust Fund (not payable to the inmate).
  • Write the inmate’s name and name number in the memo section.
  • Mail it in a separate envelope addressed to the attention of Inmate Accounting.

Mail money orders or cashier’s checks to: Beaver County Correctional Facility, Attn: Inmate Accounting, P.O. Box 391, Beaver, UT 84713.

Unacceptable Forms

  • Cash mailed to the facility
  • Money orders or cashier’s checks made payable to the inmate
  • Personal checks
  1. Use Jail ATM when timing matters - electronic deposits through Jail ATM are instant.
  2. If you mail funds, match the required payee and memo - make the money order/cashier’s check payable to Beaver County Inmate Trust Fund, and put the inmate’s name and name number in the memo.
  3. Stick to money orders or cashier’s checks for mail - those are the mail-in options the facility accepts.
  4. Keep your receipt - it’s the easiest way to track what you sent if there’s a question later.
