How to Visit Facility
Video visits are available, but you'll need approval first. Plan around the facility's set hours and blocked time windows.
Before scheduling a video visit, you need approval from DOC staff. This is required for all video visitors, so get it sorted before trying to book anything.
You'll need to provide photo identification as part of the approval process. Without photo ID ready, your approval cannot be completed.
Note: All video visits are subject to recording and monitoring.
Behavior rule: Obscene gestures, nudity, profanity, and loud talking are not tolerated. DOC staff can end your visit if they see any of these.
