Friends & Family Commissary Orders: The $25 Weekly Limit and Monday Deadline
Two things trip people up when sending commissary items from outside: the $25 weekly cap and the Monday-at-midnight cutoff. Here's how friends-and-family ordering works so your order actually goes through.
Place your order through the ExpressAccount website. This is separate from the inmate's own weekly commissary - it's specifically for outside orders, timed to arrive on the facility's commissary day.

- ✓ $25.00 limit per order (plus a convenience fee)
Timing is everything. Orders must be placed by Monday at midnight to make that week's commissary delivery. Miss the cutoff, and you're waiting another full week.
Tip: Place your order before Monday at midnight. Orders submitted after the cutoff won’t be included in that week’s delivery.
