Video Visit Hours at Berrien County Jail: When You Can Connect

Video visits run Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Weekends offer two windows: 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The weekday option is a single afternoon block - easier if you're juggling work or school. Weekends give you a quick morning slot plus a longer evening stretch.

Note: Video visits are scheduled in 20-minute blocks, so you’re choosing a specific start time within the hours listed above.

Think in slots, not open-ended hours. Each visit is 20 minutes. Want more time? Book additional blocks back-to-back (if availability and visit limits allow). Video visits cost $10 per 20-minute session, paid by the visitor. The jail does provide one free video visit per week - helpful when money is tight.

  • Only 3 visitors are allowed per internet visit, and at least 1 visitor must be an adult.
  • The inmate can have up to 2 internet visits per day and up to 10 visits per week.

Not seeing any openings? Check your timing. You can schedule up to five days in advance, but at least one day before - same-day booking isn't allowed. Checking early in that five-day window gives you the best shot at finding a time that works.

Warning: Visits are monitored. Inappropriate behavior can end the visit early - and you'll still be charged.
