How to Mail a Money Order to Someone at Berti Correctional Institution (NC): Step-by-Step

You must be on the offender's approved visitor list to mail a money order to their NCDAC trust account. If you're not listed, the vendor will reject the deposit - it won't post to the account.

On the "Pay to" line, write exactly: TouchPay Holdings. The vendor requires this name and forwards the payment to the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction.

Each money order must be in U.S. dollars and cannot exceed $300. Anything outside these limits gets sent back.

Include the official deposit form with your money order. Mail only these two items - nothing else. Skip the staples, paper clips, stamps, cash, letters, and photos. Extras slow down processing or cause rejections.

Send your completed money order and deposit form to: TouchPay Holdings, LLC, PO Box 174, Houston, TX 77001-0174.

The vendor doesn't charge a fee for processing money orders to NCDAC trust accounts. You'll only pay whatever the money-order issuer charges when you buy it.
