How to deposit funds, commissary, and payment options
Mailed money orders for people at Berti Correctional Institution must be payable to TouchPay Holdings, which forwards payments to NCDAC. Money orders must be in U.S. dollars with a maximum of $300 each—no fees for sending to NCDAC trust accounts. Put only two things in the envelope: the completed deposit form and the money order. No staples, clips, stamps, cash, letters, photos, or anything else. Mail to TouchPay Holdings, LLC, PO Box 174, Houston, TX 77001-0174. Important: NCDAC limits deposits to approved visitors only.
