Visitation

Bexar County Jail runs video visitation through ICSolutions. You'll need to register for an account to schedule visits—heads up, the scheduler doesn't work on Mac or Chromebook (ICSolutions support: 888-646-9437). Book at least 72 hours ahead, up to two weeks in advance. Anyone 17 or older must be registered and bring a valid government-issued photo ID. TDCJ IDs won't be accepted. Show up 30 minutes before your appointment, but no more than an hour early. Late? Your visit gets canceled. Visits may be monitored and recorded. The video center enforces a dress code, and you can't bring electronics, bags, cameras, food, drinks, or gum inside. Coin-operated lockers cost $1.25.
