How to Schedule a Video Visit at Bexar County (Windows required)
Scheduling a video visit at Bexar County is straightforward once you know two things: you'll use ICSolutions, and you need a Windows computer.
Before you can schedule anything, register for an ICSolutions account. This is your starting point for all Bexar County video visits. Once you're set up, you'll log in and schedule through their system.

Plan ahead. Video visits must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance, and you can book up to two weeks out. If you want a specific day, don't wait - anything inside that 72-hour window won't work.
Cancel early if plans change. Cancellations should be completed 24 hours in advance, or the visit may count as a completed visit.
Bexar County's video visitation platform only works on Windows computers. Mac and Chromebook won't cut it. If you normally use a MacBook or Chromebook, borrow or find a Windows device before your visit - don't waste time troubleshooting an unsupported system.

Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time to check in - but not more than an hour early, since seating is limited. Late arrivals get cancelled and told to reschedule. "Late" means not being seated at the visitation monitor when the call connects. Need to cancel instead? Do it at least 24 hours ahead, or it counts as a completed visit.
