Sending Mail to Someone at Bexar County Adult Detention Center: Addressing, Scanning, and What Will Be Rejected

To send postal mail to someone at the Bexar County Adult Detention Center, you'll need their full name and SID number on the envelope - both are required. The mailing address is: Bexar County Adult Detention Center, 200 N. Comal Street, San Antonio, TX 78207.

When your letter arrives, staff opens and inspects it. After inspection, the mail gets scanned into the kiosk system where the inmate can view it for up to six months. The original is held for two business days, then destroyed - so don't send anything you'd need back.
