What to Bring (and Leave Behind) for Your Video Visit at Bexar County
Video visits go smoothly when you arrive with the right ID, dressed appropriately, and without anything that needs to stay outside. This quick checklist helps you avoid getting turned away or having to reschedule.
Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to give yourself time to check in and get seated. But don't show up more than 1 hour early - seating in the video visitation center is limited. Late arrivals get their visits canceled, no exceptions. You'll have to reschedule for another day.
Note: Bexar County’s Video Visitation Center is at 222 S. Comal, San Antonio, TX 78207. Phone: (210) 335-8270. Email: videovisitation@bexar.org.
