Need help with video visitation? Call the Video Visitation Staff at 210-335-8270 for questions, concerns, or troubleshooting.

You can also email video visitation support at videovisitation@bexar.org, which is useful if you need to explain a problem in writing or follow up after a call.

Public video visitation runs Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Sundays are closed - except Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, when hours are 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Mondays work differently: no public visits, but judges and attorneys have 24-hour access, and professional visits are allowed from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
