Managing Your Scheduled Visit at Bleckley: Adding Visitors or Canceling
  1. Go to GDC’s visitation page - This is where the “Add Visitor” option lives.
  2. Use the “Add Visitor” link - It’s designed to help you find a previously scheduled visitation.
  3. Locate your scheduled visit - Once you pull it up, you can manage the visitor list for that reservation.
  4. Add only approved visitors - Select and add the visitor(s) you want, as long as they’ve already been approved through the GDC Visitation Request Form process.

Reminder: If the person you want to add isn't approved yet, they'll need to complete the GDC Visitation Request Form and submit it to the facility first.

  1. Go to GDC’s visitation page - Look for the option to manage an existing appointment.
  2. Click “Cancel my visit” - This link is used to find your scheduled visitation.
  3. Find your reservation and cancel it - Once you locate the visit, follow the prompts to cancel so you’re not stuck with an appointment you can’t make.

Deadlines Timing

  • ✓ For weekends, the cutoff time to request visitation is 5:00 PM on Wednesday of the same week.
  • ✓ For state holidays, the cutoff time to request visitation is 5:00 PM, three days before each holiday.
