How to Schedule Notary Services for an Inmate (Bob Wiley Programs Office)

The Programs Division handles notary services for inmates at Bob Wiley Detention Facility. All notarial acts follow State of California guidelines. You'll need to schedule an appointment with the Programs' Notary ahead of time - walk-ins aren't accepted.

Call the Programs office at (559) 735-1671 to schedule your appointment. Before you call, make sure your ID meets the facility's requirements - they'll need to verify it's acceptable before locking in a time.

Expect to pay $10 per notarized signature, per California Government Code section 8211. The fee gets receipted and deposited into the IWF fund, so your payment will be formally recorded.
