Louisiana state correctional facilities handle deposits through JPay. To get funds into someone's account, you'll need to use one of JPay's approved deposit methods rather than bringing money to the facility.
One option is mailing a money order with a JPay money order deposit slip. The Louisiana JPay form lists a maximum of $999.99 per money order. Mail it to: JPay, PO Box 531370, Miami Shores, FL 33153.
