Three Ways to Add Money to a Bradley County Jail Inmate's Account — Plus Phone Funding Options

Bradley County Jail offers three ways to add money through Access Corrections: online, by phone, or at the lobby kiosk. Whichever method you pick, you'll use Pay Location code 5500. This code routes your payment to the right facility and account, so keep it handy.

  • Online through Access Corrections (Pay Location: 5500): https://www.accesscorrections.com/v2/home
  • By phone through Access Corrections at (866) 394-0490 (Pay Location: 5500)
  • In person at the on-site kiosk in the Jail Visitation Lobby (Pay Location: 5500)

If your loved one is in the workhouse, you have two options through Access Corrections: go online at https://www.accesscorrections.com/v2/home or call (866) 394-0490. The on-site lobby kiosk isn't listed as an option for workhouse funding.

Inmates can make phone calls when their phone account has funds. Bradley County Jail uses Securus Technologies for telephone funding - separate from the commissary account.

  1. Add funds by phone through Securus - Call 1-800-844-6591.
  2. Have the inmate transfer funds from commissary - The inmate can move money from their commissary account to their telephone account.
  3. Fund the phone account online through Securus - Use https://securustech.net.

Note: For questions about inmate phone services and fees, contact Securus Technologies at 1-800-844-6591 or https://securustech.net.

You can also send care packages. The facility directs family and friends to order them at https://www.accesscatalog.com/.

Each inmate gets a PIN during processing. This PIN unlocks everything - commissary, phone, and kiosk access. It's essentially the key to their funds. If they share it, they're giving someone else access to their money. Encourage your loved one to keep it private.
