How to Schedule and Prepare for a Video Visit at Branch County Jail

Video visits at Branch County Jail run Tuesday through Sunday. Mondays are off, so plan accordingly.

Hours are 8 AM to 11 PM - a wide window, but you'll still need to reserve a specific time slot in advance.

Check your eligibility before scheduling. If you've been incarcerated at this jail for more than 24 hours in the past 30 days, you won't be allowed to visit.

Keep things respectful. Verbal abuse - from either side - will end the visit immediately.

Inappropriate behavior or clothing can also get your visit refused or cut short. Treat this like an in-person visit: stay calm, follow directions, and dress appropriately.

Don't attempt a visit if you've been drinking or using drugs. If staff suspect you're intoxicated, you'll be turned away.
