How to Send Money to Someone at Brazoria County Jail (online, phone, kiosk, or CashPay)
Brazoria County Jail gives you four ways to add money to an inmate's account: online, by phone, at a lobby kiosk, or with cash at participating stores. Here's how each option works.
Four options for sending money to someone at Brazoria County Jail: deposit online through AccessCorrections, call 866-345-1884 with a Visa or MasterCard, use the lobby kiosk at the Sheriff's Office, or make a cash deposit at participating Dollar General or Family Dollar locations through Cash Pay Today (CashPay).
For online deposits, head to AccessCorrections (accesscorrections.com). The easiest way to make sure you're depositing to the right facility? Start from the detention center's Inmate Accounts page and click the AccessCorrections link there. Follow the prompts to complete your deposit.
Prefer to handle it over the phone? Call 866-345-1884 with your Visa or MasterCard ready. Bilingual agents are available 24/7, so you can call anytime - even outside normal business hours.
Want to deposit in person? Head to the Sheriff's Office and use the lobby kiosk. Bring a Visa or MasterCard.
Need to pay with cash? Brazoria County Jail offers a "Cash Walk In" option through Cash Pay Today (CashPay). Just visit a participating Dollar General or Family Dollar store to make your deposit. One thing to know: CashPay is listed as "Cash Pay Today for Access Corrections," and registration has changed. As of August 1, 2025, new registrations go through the Access Corrections website.
- Start with your CashPay login/registration - Log in to your Cash Pay Today account. If you’re registering new, note that as of August 1, 2025, new registrations are handled on the Access Corrections website.
- Open the Recipients menu - From your account, select the Recipients option.
- Choose the wallet you want to use - Pick the wallet where you want to add the recipient.
- Add the recipient’s Consumer ID(s) - Enter the Consumer ID(s) for the person you’re sending funds to. If you have more than one recipient, repeat the process for each Consumer ID.
Phone accounts are handled separately from commissary deposits. Brazoria County Jail uses NCIC Inmate Communications for inmate phone service (effective December 22, 2022). To set up an account or add phone funds, go to ncic.com or call 1-800-943-2189.
