In Georgia, Union Supply packages are available for certain Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) facilities: State Prisons, Integrated Treatment Facilities (ITFs), and Probation Detention Centers (PDCs). Approved friends and family can place orders on behalf of someone in custody. One exception: Riverbend Correctional Facility uses a different package provider, so Union Supply won't work there.

You can place a Union Supply order online, by mail, by phone, or by fax. Mailing an order? Send it to: Union Supply Group, Inc., Dept. 772, P.O. Box 772, Louisville, KY 40293. For phone orders, call 1-855-730-7283. Fax orders go to 1-800-546-6212.

Each Union Supply package order includes a non-refundable $2.95 shipping and handling charge.

Make sure you're using the right limit for the facility type before ordering. GDC State Prisons and Integrated Treatment Facilities (ITFs) allow packages up to $100 and 15 pounds. GDC Probation Detention Centers (PDCs) have a lower cap: $50 and 7 pounds. If multiple people place orders for the same person, Union Supply may consolidate them - and the combined total still can't exceed the spending and weight limits. Not sure which limit applies? Confirm the facility type first, then build your cart with those caps in mind.

  • Confirm the facility type so you use the correct cap ($100/15 lb for State Prisons and ITFs; $50/7 lb for PDCs)
  • Keep an eye on your total spend and total package weight as you add items
  • If multiple people are ordering, coordinate so consolidated orders still stay under the limit

Union Supply orders have deadlines. Miss the cutoff, and your order won't be accepted. Deadlines are tied to the facility's schedule, so confirm the current one before you submit - especially if you're mailing or faxing and delivery time could push you past it.
